These terms govern your use of the FoodFair platform operated by Level IT s.r.l. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before registering or using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FoodFair platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
Platform Services
FoodFair provides a digital platform to facilitate food donations between registered donors and recipient organisations. The platform includes tools for listing donations, finding organisations, matching surplus with needs, and tracking impact.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate registration information, comply with our Quality Charter, maintain proper food safety certifications, and use the platform only for its intended purpose of food surplus redistribution.
Food Safety
All users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable food safety regulations. Donors must ensure food safety at the point of donation. Recipients accept full liability for received products from the point of collection.
Intellectual Property
The FoodFair platform, including its design, software, content, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Level IT s.r.l. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
FoodFair facilitates connections between donors and recipients but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or suitability of donated food. Each party bears responsibility for their own obligations as set out in our Quality Charter.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the courts of Liege, Belgium.
